Paid Health Services at Alpha Elite Assisted Living Home
The majority of senior living communities with assisted living and memory care units include other services in addition to assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). These are the medical services that Elite Assisted Living Home offers.

Type Of Rooms
- Single occupancy is when one elderly resides in their own room with a bathroom.
- Double occupancy is when 2 elderlies reside in a room with a shared bathroom.
- Economy room is when 3 or more elderly people share a room with a shared bathroom.
Term Of Stay
- Minimum-term of stay: 90 days.
- Maximum-term of stay: 365 Days.

- 90 days – INR 3,49,000 (INR 1,16,000/month)

- 30 days – INR 2,49,000 (INR 1,25,000/month)
- 90 days – INR 6,49,000 (INR 2,17,000/month)
- 365 days – INR 23,00,000 (INR 1,92,000/month)
- Deposit
- INR 2,00,000 deposit (Emergency Medical Assistance)
- Our basic service fee has to be paid in advance excluding GST for the length of stay.
- There will be a refundable security deposit in the amount of INR 2,00,000/-, which is used in case of emergencies or will be used for breach of contract and for any unpaid dues.
- Additional petty cash deposit required in the amount of INR 25000/- which will be used for medication and other paid services which should be replenished every month.
- Our medical team physically examines and evaluates the status of the elderly and also studies the appropriate medical records as part of a thorough medical assessment process. The final service fee will be determined only after the medical assessment and other paid services chosen by the client.
